Yapilisi

 Derince bir kabin icersine ilik su ve mayayi koyun sekeri ve tuzu da ilave edin yumurtalarin beyazini sivi yaginida koyduktan sonra aldigi kadar un ile bir hamur elde edin hamur cok serd olmuyacak ve mayalanmasi icin birakin hamur mayalandiktan sonra yuvarlak acin ve  icersine cokeleki koyun ve bicak ile iki yanlardan kesin altina dogru katlayin ve sekil verin uzerlerine yumurta sarilarini surun ve firinda guzelcene pisirin sicak cayin yaninda servis edebilirisiniz afiyet olsun..

    Caio Carmen, ora ; su questa ricetta

    😀 please forgive my poor Italian language

    Now i gonna try to explain the recipe so you can get an idea then you can cook this delizioso Turkish food.

    The ingredients are ;

    1 full of glass vegetable oil
    2 and half glasses of warm water
    1 tablespoon sugar
    3 teaspoons instant yeast
    and separate 2 eggs’ yolks and white parts you’r gonna use the yolks top of the cook

    and well enough flour ( you can adjust the sufficiency of flour by sensing the softness of the dough with your hands, it should be like marshmallow softness maybe alittle bit tough.)

    for inside of the cook ; you will need white cheese or curds (partly skimmed milk product or you can put cagliata (farmaggio italiano)

    enough parsley leaves , you need to chop them

    a pinch of salt

    Preparation:

    you need to put all egg’s white part and warm water to flour, oil and you gonna mix with yeast, sugar, and salt altogether then when you decide the dough is well enough mixed and softness is good. You need to leave the dough for fermentation for a while (about 20 min)
    the you need to take little dough as you want to give them shapes as circle and then fill them inside with cheese-parsley and spices (you can prefer spices such as grounded red pepper,black pepper etc) mixture into circled dough then close two side of dough as you seen in above picture, after that you need to spread all yolks to top of the cook then you are ready to cook via 375-400 F degree a heated oven about 20-30 min.
